We record AC unit count, types and condition before quoting. The included number is stated explicitly in your service scope.
What is preventive maintenance compared with repair?
Preventive maintenance consists of scheduled checks and care to identify issues early. Repairs address an existing fault, with scope and cost defined after diagnosis.
Are spare parts and materials included?
Your quote states the labour, materials and spare parts included. Additional work or part replacements must be agreed before execution.
Can I request finishing work without a maintenance contract?
Yes. You can request a standalone scope such as painting, gypsum, flooring or a space renovation. We will discuss the details and assessment with you.
How is an appointment confirmed?
